Symptoms
During setup, when clicking on the test button next to the SMTP Server, the error occurs.
Diagnoses
Have tried to telnet to the smtp server and port, it was successful.
Resolution
Ignore the error from the K2 blackpearl setup manager and continue with the installation. After which, tried to deploy a test process with email events. It works.
