Symptoms
K2 Connect can't connect to K2 BlackPearl Server. Getting the error message below:
Could not connect to the Remote Host Api on servername]
Diagnoses
The K2 connect service was not started or running in Windows Services.
Resolution
There are a variety of reasons as to why this can happen, the most common being an invalid or expired K2 Connect license.
