Symptoms
When looking attempting to run the registration wizard the URL discovered was noted as being invalid despite being the correct url.
Diagnoses
There was no host file entry for the machine made to pinpoint the ip address of the K2 server.
Resolution
Added a host file entry denoting the ip address of the k2 host server.
