Symptoms
Whenever I try to view flow, the link 404's for me. Others are able to see them perfectly fine using the same links.
Diagnoses
The issue happens on Internet Explorer 11. Authentication settings in IIS all appear to be correct.
Resolution
Turning off compatability view and turning it back on resolved the issue.
