Hi ,

I have Nintex form that autopopulate current user and I also have a SP list where I maintained user's database (contractor's name, contract details, expiry date, agency, position). I want to be able to autopopulate user's info from the SP list to the Nintex form.

How can I connect the SP list and form so that it will autopopulate user's details...compare the name in SP list vs current user and populate all the info.

Any idea how I could do that?

Hi Bella,

Did you try using ListLookup control and you can filter that with value of any control?

Shrini

Hi Bella,

Make sure the People field in your lookup list is displaying account and not display name, I've come across this a few times and that's the only way to match a person lookup to "Current User" which displays as the claims windows username identity.

Hi Shrini,

I used the list lookup but it's doesn't auto populate user's info they have to select from drop down list.
