Symptoms
Entity with lookup type doesn’t return all the lookup values .
Diagnoses
The issue appears to be related to the CRM 2013 broker service, some for CRM columns are not being populated (blank value) when executing the CRM entity Smartobject methods (i.e. load/get_list method). These columns are based on CRM field type (lookup field) that would perform a lookup on another CRM entity.
Resolution
Labs support team provided a coldfix to resolve the issue.
K2 support must be contacted for said coldfix.
