I just tested your case and i have no trouble on it.

Does "Code NAF" build in the same configuration? Does it have the same problem?

yes i have tried to connect the control with on another field SharePoint it's work fine

i use nintex forms 2013 On premise 2.5

Could you show us "CP_siege_social" field settings of the SharePoint list?

Is there a formula in the Column Validation section?

Did you try to drop the control from the form and add it again via the toolbox?

If you export your form (to backup it), then delete it and use the default Nintex Form? Does it persist?

With the export of the form that you sent to me, I could find that CP_siege_social was connected with 2 form controls.

As the second one hadn't value in your tests, numeric field set its value to 0.
