Please, I need help understanding how Collection Operation works when the "Remove by Value" option is used in SharePoint 2013 on-prem.
Where is the resulting output stored since there is not field "stored result in"?

Remove by Value removes the value from the collection.
If you want to store this value somewhere then use the Get operation first.
