+7I have some long and complicated workflows that I don't necessarily need users to be able to see when they go to the start page. I would rather they see on collapsed action set. Is there any way to do this?
When editing the workflow, I've put everything into a single actino set and collapsed it before saving and publishing, but it doesn't seem to have any effect on how the workflow is displayed on the start page. Any thoughts on how to do this?
from experience, collapsing/expanding on start page works moreless randomly.
some actions (including action set action) have a configurable option 'hide from workflow status'.
if checked, the action completelly disappears from a workflow overview on a start page.
the drawback is, that it disappears from graphical workflow history screen as well. so if you will investigate workflow exuction as a developer/admin you will not see it either.
so you have to decide....
