Depending on the version of K2.net 2003 you are running on, you can download and use the Archiving utility to move completed process instances before a specific date to an archiving database (K2.net 2003 SP2 and later)
Another alternative would be just to remove the user permissions on these old processes so that no one will see these processes in K2.net Workspace.
