Diagnoses
I am getting an error when installing smartforms. The error is saying there is no valid ClaimIssuer, after I enter the DB information and click next.
Resolution
The blackpearl setup was missing the ASP.NET requirements along with blackpearl workspace. Once those were installed they got past the claims issuer error.
