Child domain users are getting the error.

Resolution

Resolution:
"
1. Domains were checked to be added to the workspace
2. Domains were checked to be added to the web.config for the workspace

It was found that after running I.e as another user and putting the subdomain user and fixing this issue from the customer side it resulted in fixing the issue"
