I have searched around for a solution to this but unfortunately it seems it does not exist yet. I have a classic form (2016) which has multiple choice fields in the form of checkboxes. Recently I was notified of a user who could see everything EXCEPT the check boxes themselves. I thought it could just be a browser issue but the user tried multiple updated browsers. I also shared the SharePoint site with the user in case it was a permissions issue, which still did not fix the problem. Any insight would be much appreciated.

Do you see any errors in the browser console (F12).
Do you see any errors if you performa a fiddler trace while opening the form.
Is it just this one form or all forms with checkboxes?
As this is a calssic form doers it have any custom code on it?
