check the impact of raising the domain level
Diagnoses
the domain function level will be raised from 2003 to 2008 R2, DFL based. so we need to know if there is any possible impacts on K2.

In theory that is correct, raising domain functionality will not affect K2 as long as there is no domain naming changes.
Kindly note that it is recommended to do a test run on this outside of production just to be 100% sure they will have no down time.
Also please note that if Kerberos is implemented, it would be good to test this and ensure authentication is still ok with this change.
