Symptoms
Issue:
When changes are made to a type of a property of a smart object the changes are not save to the data base
Diagnoses
Diagnosis:
We were able to reproduce the issue locally and found that when changing type text to type memo of the property of a smartbox smartobjects the changes are not saved to the database
Resolution
Resolution:
We were supplied a coldfix to apply to the client environment to rectify the issue
