Capture "Task Completed" after Request Review or Flexi Task

I have a Workflow in SharePoint 2013 that uses Request Review and Flexi Task to query groups for replies. My requirement is to capture the name of the user who replied, as well as their comment. In the Workflow History, I see entries like this, following each reply:

 

8/7/2019 7:59 AM | Task Completed | Douglas Christopher W |  (Douglas Christopher W) Here be comments. And dragons. | Approved

 

The All Approver Comments has additional info I don't need. How do I capture the information contained in the Task Completed line above, so I can save it to the list?

    @CigarDoug.....those actions do have the options to store task ID(s). If you're assigning task to multiple people then store task ID in collection variable. After that you can use for loop and since you have the IDs, you can set variables using them. You can get all the information for the respective tasks. Using build string you can create the sentences you want and using set field update the column.
