Symptoms
I am trying to take the most recent version of a workflow from dev into production, I would like to know the best way of doing this. I am trying it from package and deployment and I can't get the finish button to not be greyed out.
Diagnoses
The issue was caused by corrupt event in the workflow in target environment. PandD threw the following error when we tried to create the package of the same solution from target server: "workflow references object from SharePoint list SmartObjects that could not be found."
Resolution
After re-run the event wizard in activity with problem and redeploy the process in target, this allowed the package to be deployed successfully.
