Cant change items or put for example a label in edit task form

do you get any error?

This happens to me once in a while and then after a while I get an ajax call error. The only way to fix is to close out and come back in again. This may not be your issue - but we will know more after ‌'s question is answered

I don't se any error, i just can't put any label or change a caption of exists components.

This happens only in edit task form on workflow.

what workflow and form version are you on?

you might hit a bug mentioned here  

try to edit task form with developer console open whether you get any errors.

this is not workflow product version, this is version of your custom workflow

do following

- open workflow designer

- click arrow bellow the help icon

- click About

- check the version number in the dialog that opens
