Symptoms
Upgrading a server to latest version with the App files being copied to each environment. All SmartForm files okay, but workflow definition files are not upgradable.
Diagnoses
Problem with workflow definition files.
Resolution
Running through the client event wizards in the workflow resolved the errors.
