We migrated SharePoint Foundation and Nintex from 2010 to 2013 a few weeks ago.

When I first edited a workflow in 2013 it could not be saved with the error message:

'soap:serverservr was unable to process request. ---> State name cannot contain a comma.'

I left the editor without saving / publishing.

Even if I change the values for the state machine today, all existing workflows will continue to run with the previous version.

Will the workflow continue to run as in SP2010 for all state machine values?

Hi,

Not sure on this one. I guess you will have to wait and see.

Just for information:
the workflows continued to run.
With the first change in the workflow in the new Nintex version I had to change the state machine values. (valid characters only)
