Diagnoses
When trying to register an Oracle Service from SmartObject service Tester an error pops up : SmaerObject Server Exception: Could not load file or assembly.
Resolution
increas the timeout for SmartOject runtime
SourceCode.SmartObjects.Runtime.config file:
andltadd key="commandtimeout" value="380" /andgt or more depending how large the DB is.
