Symptoms
Issue occurred during first steps of the upgrade to K2 Appit for SharePoint v.1.4. User was unable to download the .zip file that was emailed along with upgrade instructions.
Diagnoses
Known issue with attempting to download the .app file from Firefox
Resolution
Advised customer to perform "Save As". Can now save as .app
