My workflow was previously working as intended but with the departure of our digital analyst and his administrator account, my workflow became broken after the administrator connection dropped.
I created a new connection for my company sharepoint site and can successfully "create an item" and "update an item" in a list but when it comes to "get a file" which is used to obtain a document template for document generation, it just breaks and gives me error - 504 undefined. What is the problem if I can edit my lists but nintex workflow cloud breaks when I try to get a file from a document library?
I've asked IT to create a new connection with myself as the owner and it still does the same thing. Any help would be appreciated.
