Symptoms
The Package and Deployment wizard does not allow me to deploy a package.
Diagnoses
From the server where we were attempting package and deployment, it was not able to connect to the server via the farm/load balanced name. Using hosts file entry to point to each node does allow connection.
Resolution
Issue was resolved after working with the network admin/load balancer admin with the firewall/ports information provided below:
