Hello,
I tried to start my flow from Document Library in Sharepoint by using sharepoint process. but I found error in Windows Event Viewer after insert document. i think k2.net web service may have some problem. ??
the error is:
Error in OnEvent
Cannot complete this action.
Please try again.

+9Based on this I assume that you are still using K2.net 2003 with SP2a (or older) + running SPS/WSS SP2, if this is the case do one of the following:
- Upgrade to K2.net 2003 with SP4 (Preferred): Installs available from http://portal.k2workflow.com/downloads/product.aspx
- Install K2.net 2003 Hotfix for SharePoint Portal Server SP2: Installs available from http://portal.k2workflow.com/downloads/archive/product.aspx
Note: to install K2.net 2003 Hotfix for SharePoint Portal Server SP2 you need to be on K2.net 2003 with SP2a, before upgrading to this rather go for K2.net 2003 with SP4
- Upgrade to K2.net 2003 with SP4 (Preferred): Installs available from http://portal.k2workflow.com/downloads/product.aspx

+8You may also want to check if the Anonymous user has "Start" permissions granted on the process. It is required as the SPS event sink doesn't pass the logged on user's credentials to the K2.net web service.
