Can't install Control Pack - says missing dependency
 

Diagnoses

I am trying to install K2 for SharePoint on our UAT environment. I installed Smartforms OK but now I'm trying to install the smartforms control pack and I'm getting an error saying a dependency is missing. K2 Designer 1.0.6 but, as you can see from the second screenshot, K2 Designer is installed.
 

Resolution

From the InstallReport.log and "Program and Features", it appears that the "K2 Designer" component for Smartforms was not installed. After re-running the K2 Smartforms Setup Manager > Modify and installing the K2 Designer component, customer was able to also install the Smartforms Control Pack.
