I don't seem to have "Assign Flexi task" in my list of actions. I have signed up for the Nintex workflow and forms Office 360  30 day trial.  I am trying to create simple review and approval process for a document library in SharePoint online.

Is this action not available anymore, or part of a different Nintex Service?

Thank you.

Assign flexi task is an action available in on-premise Nintex workflow installations.

its equivalent in O365 are 'Assign a task' or 'Start a task process' actions.

Hi,

talking about security, when you assign approval steps, other users simply can open the task and approve using their account

it's not like the On-Prem flexi task, it use to say "you dont have permission to approve, etc.."

just FYI..
