Symptoms
Getting the "the credentials have not been specified" error when trying to deploy Docusign Service Instance from Prod to Dev.
Diagnoses
Docusign Service Instance has to be created manually via SmartForm Designer > System > Management > Features > DocuSign > Forms
Resolution
After registered Docusign in target environment, the package was deployed successfully.
