Can Nintex workflows create a list view based on a column variable lookup and give editing permissions?

I am new to Nintex workflows and I am reaching out to see if it is possible to create a Nintex workflow that reads a SharePoint list column and creates permission to edit and view only information pertaining to the permissions groups assigned variable? Any feedback is much appreciated!
