For a "Pause For" can I change the minutes section to 0.50 to run after 30 seconds ?

As far as I know the minimum pause time is 5 mins by default.If you want to reduce it you can use a PowerShell to pause .Find the following post https://community.nintex.com/community/build-your-own/blog/2015/03/04/how-to-pause-a-workflow-for-less-than-5-minutes

I cant find PowerShell using in my nintex workflow, I use Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2013, have you got an Issu for me ?
