Bulk Upload - Look up value and if match - Update columns

Hi All, Fairly new to Nintex Workflow and looking for some assistance.

I have 2 lists - I want to Paste bulk data into List A which will look for a matching value in List B and then update the remaining columns.

I have managed to get the workflow to look up the value and match it, however when updating the additional columns it repeats the first match:

I.E - List A is my bulk paste

List B is the result

Any assistance in how to store the individual dates and match them accordingly would be apprecaited.
