Found the bug in nintex workflow 2010 2.4.7.0.
We have a workflow notification using email address list stored in workflow variable. The send email workflow will send email to all email address within the variable.
It seems that the header and footer nintex message template keep repeating in the body mail.
Example:
1st recipient receive normal header and footer
2nd recipient receive 2 header and footer
And so on.
