Blackpearl Report Filtering in Workspace

Hi,

I am creating a Report pointing to the Smart Object Data.

In Filtering page, I tried to apply filters to the report data. However,

(1) I could not remove the filter added(may I have missed something)

(2) If I finnished filter 1, I added filter 2. Then I cannot change the logical operator (like 'equal to') of filter 1.

Any pointers that I can world around these, instead of creating new report and start all over?

Hi Marco,

To remove a filter you will need to edit your report, go to the filter section and there next to the filter you wish to remove, click on the dropdown button just right of the Value column and select Remove. Note that this button will only appear when hovering over it with your mouse.
The report designer will pick up what the Value Type of the field is you wish to filter on and therefore certain fields will only have certain Operators. Eg. For a field with a value type if String/Text you will only have the option of Equal. Please make sure that this is not the case for you.
