I would like to ask if there is any documentation to black pearl other then the installation document.
Is there any manual as the K2.net 2003.

Yes, apart from the Installation Guide, theres a User's Guide (similar to K2.net 2003 Help file) and a Learning Center - all available once K2 [blackpearl] is installed.
