i bought a HP Notebook,in this window 2003 server is not supporting to install,I installed Windows XP Professional SP2.My doubt is this XP professional can supports K2.NET 2003 and K2 Blackpearl or not.pls give me the reply how it can be solve.

You can run the developer tools for [blackpearl] on XP Pro, but you cannot run the server components. If you want to use your notebook, the easiest way is to download Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 and create a Windows Server 2003 image to run the server components. You can find the installation instructions and prerequisites in the [blackpearl] Getting Started Guide available on the customer portal. You will need to make sure all of the software on your VPC is appropriately licensed.
