Symptoms
We have a few processes from when we first used K2 (prototypes, etc) that we would like to remove from the list of deployed assets. What is the best practice for cleaning out these processes / activities?

When deleting process, please see the considerations below regarding different types of process (Sharepoint, Smartforms, Infopath, etc.) if you are deleting them:

If you wish to delete everything about this process (all version, including its reporting Smartobject and reporting data) make sure to also check the "Delete all historical (log) data based on the version deleted" and "Delete workflow reporting Smartobjects", as per:
