I am working on business process automation project where I am using SharePoint list Nintex forms with rules and Nintex workflows, so I know the procedure of creating list template but I want to know the procedure how to take backup of Forms with rules and Nintex workflows , so that I can restore it on testing site.
If some one can help me on this query , waiting for an reply .

Hi Lalit,
You can export the the forms and workflows and this will be the backup, you can import the file that exported both on nintex forms and workflow.
Thanks for reply can we also backup Forms as well ? and if we backup forms will all rules associated with that will also be get backuped ?
Yes, you can back up forms. It will backup rules also.
