Auto or Dynamic Resize of Repeater Row with List View

I have a repeater row populated with some drop-downs which filter a list view. When the drop-downs are selected the appropriate rows are populated in a panel which contains the list view. I need to have an initial CSS height for the nf-repeater-row. How would I dynamically resize the repeater panel to accommodate whatever height my list view is. See attached screenshots.
