Hello!  I have implemented an auto incrementing ID using Nintex WF on-prem and have a slight issue.  When an item is saved and the user is returned to the list view, the value does not display.  I assume this is due to the delay / time it takes for the workflow to run / finish.  If you refresh the page, the ID appears.

Question: Is there anyway to speed up the set value action / WF so it shows by the time the page is refreshed back to the list view?

SP2013 and WF 2013

No, there's no way.

You should change the way to set your ID.

If you use a Nintex Form you could set you logic on the form.
