Authorization Failed

I have created a new SmartObject and deployed to our development K2 blackpearl installation.  When I attempt to use the object in a workflow with the SmartObject Event activity, I receive the following error and the workflow stops:


Authorization Failed.


I have full rights to the object that I configured through SmartBox > Security in Workspace and can access it via VS 2005 with no issues.


What am I missing here?

    I decided to try deleting the SmartObject and redeploying - it worked. 


    Issue resolved.
