Audit Report In Nintex 2013

Have you detailed specifications?

Please provide more detailed information about what the field types you are trying to capture, if it is a document library/list, how often the report needs to run, etc.

Thank you for reply. 

I apologize for the delay. 

I need to display Assigned To, Status, Action taken date and most of the columns from task list. 

Report should be display on Task Form in Table format.
