We have a workflow that at some point will send an email to a bunch of people with a couple of attachments. 95% of the time the attachments will work but for a curious few there is none at all.
The attachments are attached via an item column that has a url of a previously generated document:
I have checked that the actual document exists and the url is valid.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and do they have a fix?
