[Async_ExceptionOccurred] - Error when creating new events in workflows
Diagnoses
After investigating the Network traces, it was identified that Designer/Workflow/ClientBin/SourceCode.WebDesigner.DesignerPlugin.General.4.16265.16356.3.bin was not found
Resolution
By replacing the below files on the Appit instance we were able to create the workflows /Designer/Workflow/ClientBin/SourceCode.WebDesigner.DesignerPlugin.General.4.16265.16356.3.bin /Designer/Workflow/ClientBin/SourceCode.WebDesigner.DesignerPlugin.SharePoint15.4.16265.16356.3.bin /Designer/Workflow/ClientBin/SourceCode.WebDesigner.DesignerPlugin.Forms.4.16265.16356.3.bin
