I am using Nintex Workflow Cloud Trail License. There i am using an action "Assign a Task". Earlier it was working fine but now we are facing "500 - "401 - undefined" error.

Thanks for posting your question here. There was an intermittent issue in Nintex Workflow Cloud that was affecting the Assign a Task actions. This has been resolved. If you are experiencing issues like this, definitely check out the "Service Status" on the left hand side or visit status.nintex.com to see if there is a reported platform issue.
