I see that you can intergrate OCS/Lync but can you intergrate Cisco Jabber?
Are you able to connect cisco jabber into a nintex workflow

If you can talk to it with REST API, I'd imagine so.. and it looks like Jabber has a page detailing some of those sorts of things!
