Last time when i click on the link response to the task, i'll be redirected to a page with Approve/Reject button and my comment on it. Suddenly, instead of the approva/reject page, i am being directed to the workflow task screen as shows above.
And no matter which item i clicked on, will not direct me to the original approval screen with the url of approverject.aspx
Please help..
