Hi,

 

I could really use a little assistance. I downloaded Approval and Reviewer State Machine created by cassymfreeman and I can't get the sucker to run!

I believe the problem is in the flexitask and may have to do with the form?

I receive the task notification email telling me the task is ready for my review but when I click on the link I receive an error message. I can't get the UAD to run through a complete cycle.

    If you click the hyperlink column for the workflow (should say In Progress or Error Occurred) you will see a different view of the workflow.  Is there a task assigned?  Can you click on the task name and open the task (i.e. from within SharePoint and not within the email link)?
