Symptoms
Appit not accessible at times.
Different results depending on browser:
· Chrome – When opening the Application we just got a “Working on it… “ pop up. On the page with the K2 Worklist a white square appeared instead of the tasks.
· IE – displayed an error message that the content was not being allowed in a frame in both cases.
I think it is important to consider that this is an on/off behavior-- Sometimes it is working, other times it is not.
Diagnoses
Based on the limited information available, it seems to be a network/internet connectivity issue. There is the possibility that it could relate to the fact that the customer is in Europe and therefore has more hops to make over longer distances before hitting K2 servers.
Resolution
Ticket being closed due to lack of Customer response. Last communications with Customer indicated that things were working, but at times taking a long time to work.
