Symptoms

1.Please log a feature request when you run the K2 Setup Manager and do a Configure, it should also remove servers from the SQL DB.

2.Please log a feature to be able to manage the list of K2 servers via API or UI
The API and/or UI should be able to Remove servers
The API and/or UI should be able to Disable servers
The API and/or UI should be able to Add new servers
The API and/or UI should be able to Modify servers (change URL/Hostname/FQDN/port)
