Another installation is still busy - K2 Workspace on Machine SVRVMSA955
 

Diagnoses

DR environment has two application servers (SVRVMSA955 and SVRVMSA956) connected via a NLB.

Installation and configuration on SVRVMSA955 completed successfully.

During K2 Blackpearl installation on SVRVMSA956 (second server), the K2 Blackpearl Setup Manager gets stuck on Configuration Status screen configuring K2 workspace. The status message reads "Waiting for install to complete on: SVRVMSA955", where SVRVMSA955 is a first server that was successfully setup. See attachment for a screenshot.
 

Resolution

- By changing the Product.config file
to true
- Installed the the K2 BlackPearl installtion again all completed as expected.
